This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit cholakstudio.com, operated by Bahattin Çağrı Çolak, publishing under the name Cholak Studio, or contact us.

• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and anything you write in your message.
• Security check: when you start filling in the contact form, hCaptcha processes your IP address, browser details and interaction data to tell people from bots.
• Email: your email address, your message and any attachments when you write to us directly.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser details, requested page and date, kept by the hosting infrastructure for security and availability.

Please don't send sensitive information that isn't needed to resolve your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use advertising or visitor analytics and sets no cookies of its own. The hCaptcha security check loads only when you start filling in the contact form and may use cookies or similar technologies for that purpose. If this changes, we'll update this policy and offer any choices required.

Why we use your data

We use this information to reply to your messages, support our products, keep the site secure and available, and meet our legal obligations.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Bunny.net. Contact form messages reach us by email through Web3Forms, which operates from India. To filter spam, Web3Forms may share the sender's IP address and email address with CleanTalk and Akismet. Our mailboxes are hosted by Zoho Mail, and hCaptcha provides the form's security check. These providers may process data under their own terms and outside your country. Transfers follow the methods permitted by applicable law.

Retention

We keep messages in our mailbox for as long as needed to resolve your request and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them. Web3Forms keeps form submissions on its own systems for up to three years unless they are deleted earlier.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures suited to the scale and nature of the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to or restrict its processing. Send requests to info@cholakstudio.com. We collect data directly from you through the contact form and email. Access logs are collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure, and security check data by hCaptcha.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be transferred, to the extent necessary and lawful, to hosting, form delivery, spam filtering, security check and email service providers, authorized public bodies and legal advisers. Providers located abroad may process data only under a transfer method permitted by applicable law.

Rights under Article 11

Data subjects may learn whether personal data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction; request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions apply; request notification of correction or deletion to recipients; object to a result produced exclusively by automated processing; and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

Requests may be sent to info@cholakstudio.com using a method permitted by Turkish law. A request should identify the applicant, explain the right being exercised and include contact information for the response. Additional information may be requested only when reasonably necessary to verify identity or locate the relevant data.
