Bumblebots Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of Bumblebots. By installing or using the game, the player agrees to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Eligibility
The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. A minor who cannot validly agree to these Terms under local law must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
License
Cholak Studio grants the player a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Bumblebots for private entertainment in accordance with these Terms and the relevant app store rules. No ownership rights are transferred.
Game progress and availability
Progress and settings may be stored locally. Removing the app, clearing app data, changing devices or device failure may result in loss of progress. Features, levels, balance and availability may change through updates. Cholak Studio does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Advertising and hints
The game may offer an optional rewarded advertisement that grants a stated hint only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Advertising may also appear at suitable breaks. Availability, loading and completion depend on third-party services. The game will not charge money merely because an advertisement is unavailable.
Purchases and restoration
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple under the store account and store terms. Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds and chargebacks are managed under the applicable store rules and consumer law. A remove-ads purchase removes only the advertising described in the purchase screen and does not remove store messages, privacy notices or optional third-party content that is not advertising. Where supported, purchases may be restored using the same store account.
Acceptable use
Players must not interfere with the game or its services, bypass security, manipulate advertising rewards or purchases, distribute modified copies, reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits it, use automation to abuse the service, or infringe intellectual property or other rights.
Intellectual property
Bumblebots, its code, artwork, audio, characters, levels, text and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Cholak Studio and are protected by applicable law. App store access does not grant permission to reuse or distribute those materials.
Third party services
App stores, advertising networks, mediation providers and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Cholak Studio is responsible for selecting and integrating providers but does not control every external service or advertisement.
Updates
An update may be required for compatibility, security, policy compliance or continued access. Older versions may stop working when this is reasonably necessary. The player is responsible for maintaining compatible software and sufficient storage and connectivity.
Disclaimer
The game is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cholak Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by an unsupported or modified device, loss of locally stored progress, or failures of third-party networks and stores beyond reasonable control. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when a player materially violates these Terms, threatens service security or abuses purchases or advertising rewards. The player may stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Players should contact info@cholakstudio.com first so a complaint can be reviewed. Statutory courts and consumer authorities remain available where applicable.
